Refund Policy

Return’s Refund – After receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s). The refund amount can be transferred to the customer’s Coupons/Direct Bank Account/Google Pay/PhonePay/PayTM.

Refund Timings – Refunds will be transferred within 3-4 working days once we receive the shipment at the Stitched warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s).

Note 1 – For COD orders, A coupon code of the ordered value will be sent to your registered email address/contact number within 48 hours after receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s). Monetary refunds are not possible in the case of COD orders.

Note 2 – We are not liable to entertain any refund/issue raised after 48 hours from the date of order placement.

Cancellation Refund

Refunds On Cancellation – If a cancelled order requires any refund to be given back to the customer, then the refund will be credited within 7 working days for Original Source depending upon the payment method.

Note 1 – The company (We) can cancel any order if found faulty, payment issues, etc from our end without any prior notice to the concerned customer, and the customer cannot sue us for that.

Note 2 – The company has all the rights to cancel the order without any notice to the customer.

Note 3 – Transaction charges of 7% + GST will be deducted wherein the customer demands a monetary refund of their prepaid canceled orders.

Note 5 – Also, there will be no deduction in cases wherein the customer makes a double payment against a single order by mistake.

Note 6 – We are not liable to entertain any refund/issue raised after 48 hours from the date of order placement.

Things To Consider

  • Customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
  • The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
  • Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.
  • If the customer receives a torn parcel/unrelated product(s)/empty parcel, they are requested to raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For the safer side, we suggest our customers create an unboxing video of the parcel too.
